The fitness star, 33, who has become the nation’s favourite PE teacher thanks to his daily classes on YouTube during lockdown, was left overwhelmed by the kindness of his fans, who had all sent him letters, cards and gifts.

Heading into the office on his skateboard, Joe was totally surprised by the amount of mail waiting for him and joked: ‘Have a laugh!’ He documented his trip on his Instagram story and said: ‘This is silly, I can’t believe that. ‘Just got to the office, it’s the Body Coach HQ
