Johnny Vegas has been doing his part to help the vulnerable and NHS staff by dropping off food parcels and essentials to those in need.

The comedian showed off his newly shaven head (which was given the chop from six feet away – no easy feat) as he hulked large boxes of food and other essential items to people’s houses.

Johnny made sure people who were unable to get to supermarkets in St Helens weren’t going to go hungry, as he collected the parcels of food from the Ecclestone Arms pub before dropping them off to recipients.

The food drop-off came as part of a team-up between the pub and the Steve Prescott Foundation, which Johnny is a patron of, as they try and look after their local community during the coronavirus pandemic.
