Production on Fantastic Beasts 3 has shut down due to a case of Covid-19. Filming for the third instalment of the Harry Potter spin-off series, which stars Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law, had been taking place in Hertfordshire.

According to the Mail Online, the film temporarily halted production at their studios in Leavesden. They reported that a Covid-19 infection has affected the cast and crew, with fears mounting about the South African variant strain of the virus.
