Tekashi 6ix9ine has had his request to serve the remainder of his prison sentence at home denied by a judge. The STOOPID singer is currently serving a two year sentence for racketeering and had reportedly ‘begged’ a judge to release him over fears he could catch coronavirus.
With just months left of his prison sentence, Tekashi had requested permission to serve the remainder at home, but TMZ reports his request was denied in court.
In new legal documents, obtained by the publication, the judge refused to release Tekashi, stating that the court ‘lacks the legal authority to grant his request’.
