Katie Price has been left heartbroken once again as sick and twisted trolls on Twitter abuse her disabled son Harvey. The 41-year-old mum made the discovery of the comments when her 17-year-old, who is partially blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome, began trending on the social media platform.

The mother-of-five has been busy raising money for the NHS with her kids during the coronavirus pandemic by selling T-shirts Harvey designed and assumed that's why he was trending.

But much to Katie's horror, her eldest son ranked highly on Twitter due to horrific trolls leaving vile comments about him. Katie, who has even gone to Parliament to fight for the increase of policing for online trolling, wasn't going to let the bullies win.
