Nicola Sturgeon yesterday announced a series of important dates as Scotland continues to emerge from the worst of the coronavirus pandemic.
The First Minister revealed details of the Scottish Government’s new Covid roadmap in an address to MSPs at Holyrood on Tuesday.
The document has future implications for the legal requirements over face coverings and contact tracing over the coming weeks and months.
Details of a new Covid threat levels system was also unveiled by the SNP leader.And while this move to living with Covid was announced, Nicola Sturgeon continued to urge Scots to remain vigilant from the threat posed by the virus.Sturgeon said: “Covid is unfortunately still with us and we must therefore remain vigilant and prepared for the threats it poses. "But today’s new framework is an important moment in our recovery.
