Trafford is the only borough where cases increased in the seven days ending March 29, the latest Public Health England (PHE) data shows.
Bolton now has the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, replacing Oldham. Bolton recorded a rate of 105.7 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending March 29.
The lowest infection rate is in Stockport, where the rate is 65.1 cases per 100,000 people. Across the region, there were 31 Covid-19 deaths recorded during the same seven day period.
