"I went over the wave and she went under it, she screamed and I turned around because I thought she was drowning or something, but she got up and she said ‘I think something bit me," said Sarah O’Donnell, a friend who was with Maggie during the attack. After a three-day trial, a jury found Nathaniel Russell, 59, of Atlantic City, guilty of two counts of second-degree terroristic threats, one count of stalking and related charges, according to the municipal court. Authorities say from August 2021 to April 2022, Russell left violent and threatening messages for former Egg Harbor Township Municipal Court Judge Marc Nehmad. CHERRY HILL, N.J. - Cherry Hill’s Zoning Board is expected to decide Thursday night if the Holly Ravine Farm in town should become a massive senior-living complex, a proposal which has sparked controversy.In the hustle and bustle of the busy South Jersey community, the 26-acre farm is an oasis; a patch of land from a time decades ago when Cherry Hill was agricultural. Now, there’s fear the farm will be lost if a proposed 175-unit senior complex is built.Eric Ascalon - a lawyer and longtime Cherry Hill resident - opposes the plan, and said that developing the land would mean "putting the nail in the coffin of a rich part of Cherry Hill’s history."
