A man has been arrested following breaking into Disney’s California Adventure over the weekend, People reports.

The site reports that the man, only 18, was cited for trespassing after hopping a fence into the theme park. The man, named Jeremiah Smith, was spotted by Disney security around 10:30pm on Sunday, April 19 and found shortly after in a backstage construction area in the southeast area of the park, which is near to the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.

He was arrested, cited and then released that same night. He also has a court date set and if he does not appear, a warrant will be issued for his arrest. Disneyland, Walt Disney World and every other Disney park around the world have been closed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
