Pampered Manchester United stars will wash their own kit and bring a packed lunch when they return to training this week. Players including the £290,000-a-week midfielder Paul Pogba, 27, have been ordered to adhere to strict protocols at the club’s training base, starting with the entire squad being told to perform their own chores.
Stars and first-team staff will be also be tested twice a week for coronavirus. Players have been given training kit packages, with instructions on how to minimise the risk of infection.
It is understood they will arrive in their training gear each day and leave with it still on, regardless of whether they are wet and muddy.
