Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will release a photo of Archie to celebrate his first birthday, according to reports. The couple will publicly mark his special day with a rare glimpse of their son, The Sunday Times reports.

The paper’s royal correspondent Roya Nikkhah tweeted: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will give the world a rare glimpse of their son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor next month when they publicly mark his first birthday on May 6." A spokesman for the couple told the paper "you can expect to see him".

It is unclear how the photograph would be circulated as Meghan and Harry are no longer using their social media platforms. And Archie isn't the only young royal who will be celebrating his birthday in lockdown.
