Coronavirus self-test kits sent out to British key workers were found to be missing return slips, it has been reported. Multiple Randox kits containing test equipment but no return labels were shipped out across the country, with one recipient telling The Sun a Government helpline had blamed Amazon.

The Department for Health and Social Care told The Sun only a "small number" of tests were missing the return information - and replacements kits or new labels could be ordered online and would not go towards the daily tally.
