The founder of the Clap for our Carers movement has said that tonight should be the last time people take to their doorsteps.Annemarie Plas today told Good Morning Britain that it's now time to move on.But she praised the thousands who'd taken part over the last ten weeks in honour of NHS and care heroes.And although she hopes neighbours will continue the tradition of coming out to socialise 8pm every Thursday, the mum believes it's now time to concentrate on concrete steps to improve conditions for key workers.
She told the breakfast show: "It's been quite overwhelming to see in ways how it has been brought up in this country in the nation."For everyone who wants to continue they should."It still has a positive impact but for me it's good
