Nick Grimshaw shares his tips for coping with anxiety amid lockdown: ‘Structure is key’

The current coronavirus lockdown hasn’t been easy on most people due to the change in routine, but Nick Grimshaw thinks keeping some structure in your life can be good for your mental health.

The BBC Radio 1 DJ revealed to Metro.co.uk what he’s been doing to keep anxiety at bay amid the current lockdown and keep some normality to his daily life.

He explained: ‘When it started it felt a bit like Christmas, like that weird time between Christmas and New Year where we were like let’s drink wine on a Monday and eat what we want, and we were having like apple crumble at lunchtime.  ‘And then after a few weeks of that I was like I think we need some order in here because we’re actually getting feral!
