Nicolas Tagliafico on Chelsea's radar as Blues alerted to cut-price transfer

Chelsea have been alerted to a potential cut price deal for Ajax full back Nicolas Tagliafico. The Blues are in the market for a new left-back this summer and are watching developments closely as Tagliafico would be available for around £22million.

Argentina international Tagliafico, 27, has made no secret of his desire to move to the Premier League in the future. And it is understood there is an agreement with Ajax that he can go if someone matches the asking price.

Ajax chief executive Edwin van der Sar has already confirmed the Dutch club may have to sell some of their first teamers this summer.
