PHILADELPHIA - An overturned tractor-trailer on the westbound side of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge slowed traffic coming into Philadelphia on Thursday morning.

The box truck is lying on its side on the far left lanes of I-676 heading into Philadelphia. No injuries have been reported by police.

Two workers were seen unloading cargo from the truck like soft pretzels and water ice to make it easier to flip over.
