Paddy McGuinness has opened up about his experience of having therapy and says it has been ‘amazing’ for him. The Top Gear presenter, 46, who has recently resumed filming under strict social distancing rules, underwent therapy sessions at The Priory – despite previously thinking the facility was for those struggling with addiction.
He headed there for therapy to overcome his fear of flying and throughout his sessions that continued for a ‘few months’, Paddy said he uncovered anxieties he had previously never tapped into.
Speaking to The Sunday Mirror, Paddy said he began to realise that money wasn’t behind his happiness. He said: ‘I went in for one thing but over the sessions all this other stuff that tied into that anxiety about flying
