Holly Hagan has revealed she has been diagnosed with ADHD diagnosis after a tough six months feeling 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised'.The 32 year old Geordie Shore icon shared her struggles with her 4.1 million Instagram followers on Monday (6 January), seeking tips and advice for moving forward. In an intimate video post, Holly - who opened up about her hearing loss battle last year -wrote: "Starting my 2025 with an ADHD diagnosis.The constant overwhelm, disorganisation, insomnia, misdiagnosed anxiety, previous EDs, inability to focus, forgetfulness, object permanence meaning I literally forget people exist! I've been so incredibly good at masking all of these years and my job has allowed me so much freedom to not get overwhelmed." Holly disclosed that the life-changing experience of becoming a mum to Alpha Jax in June 2023—with her husband Jacob Blyth—was a significant factor in recognising symptoms.
