Holly Hagan has revealed she has been diagnosed with ADHD diagnosis after a tough six months feeling 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised'.The 32 year old Geordie Shore icon shared her struggles with her 4.1 million Instagram followers on Monday (6 January), seeking tips and advice for moving forward.

In an intimate video post, Holly - who opened up about her hearing loss battle last year -wrote: "Starting my 2025 with an ADHD diagnosis. The constant overwhelm, disorganisation, insomnia, misdiagnosed anxiety, previous EDs, inability to focus, forgetfulness, object permanence meaning I literally forget people exist!

I've been so incredibly good at masking all of these years and my job has allowed me so much freedom to not get overwhelmed." Holly disclosed that the life-changing experience of becoming a mum to Alpha Jax in June 2023—with her husband Jacob Blyth—was a significant factor in recognising symptoms.

She continued in her post: "It's only since becoming a parent and running businesses full time that I have realised I'm not actually functioning well.To the point of thinking if I took 3 hours a week for exercise my business was going to fail, and only having one good night's sleep in 2024." Holly opened up about her recent struggles, saying: "These last 6 months have been super intense and even though I am nervous to post this, I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for all the other women sharing their journey and symptoms." She concluded: "I would absolutely love any tips that you have found helpful to keep organised and be less overwhelmed.", reports the Mirror.

And perhaps also outside of yourself. So what can you do? How can you get a handle on this habit?Well, today I’d like to share 3 steps that have helped me to move away from this – it does take some time though so be patient with yourself – and towards a healthier outlook and view of myself and life.Step 1: Just realize that you can’t win if you compare yourself to others. Just consciously realizing this is helpful. No matter what you do you can pretty much always find someone else in the world that has more than you or is better than you at something.Yes, you may feel good for a while when you get a nicer car than your neighbor. But a week or two later you’ll see someone from the next block with an even finer car than yours.Step 2: Compare yourself to yourself.Instead of comparing yourself to other people create the habit of comparing yourself to yourself.See how much you have grown, what you have achieved and what progress you have made towards your goals. This habit has the benefit of creating gratitude, appreciation and kindness towards yourself as you observe how far you have come, the obstacles you have overcome and the good stuff you have done. You feel good about yourself without having to think less of other people. You can make this
