Officials say the unmarked trailer, which contained approximately $750,000 in dimes, was broken into overnight. Police say they do not know how much was taken from the truck. Officials say a man in his 30s, currently being identified as a John Doe, was found unresponsive. Authorities say he had a gunshot wound to the right side of his head. LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A high-speed police chase took a dangerous turn in Los Angeles County Wednesday evening.A man, initially wanted for reckless driving, led the California Highway Patrol on a chase along the 5 Freeway across Los Angeles County. Over the course of the chase, the suspect traveled through parts of Valley Village, North Hollywood, Pacoima, Santa Clarita and Castaic.The chase eventually ended in the North Antelope Valley area where the suspect ditched the car.
