PHILADELPHIA - At Philadelphia City Hall, the National Guard stood guard Monday, a stark reminder of tense atsmosphere surrounding our city .Fortunately, things stayed mostly calm around the city after two nights of chaos over the weekend.
There was a protest outside Philadelphia Police Headquarters. Another large group met up with them to form a mostly peaceful group walking through the city late in the afternoon.That ended with some some chaos on Interstate 676, as protesters blocked a portion of the Vine Street Expressway near 22nd Street.
