ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Authorities say new evidence found in Virginia points to the existence of a serial killer who is still on the loose somewhere in the state.Police say human remains were found Wednesday tucked away in an isolated wooded area along Fairhaven Avenue in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County.
