Prince Charles has returned to his military roots to ensure he is fighting fit on the royal family front line when the coronavirus crisis is over.
The Prince of Wales has been dedicating himself to “military type exercises” twice a day as part of a strict daily routine. The heir believes his fitness - honed from his time serving in the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy from 1971 to 1976 - is responsible for him bouncing back from a bout of coronavirus after he was infected with the Covid-19 disease in March.
After returning to work the Prince heralded the virtues of “healthy body, healthy mind” and has now set about devising a roadmap for the family to return to business along with the Queen and Prince William.
