Prince William is opening up about his father for the first time in a candid video interview alongside Kate Middleton. The royal couple video chatted with BBC Breakfast about a wide-range of topics including Charles's health, which William said he was initially "quite concerned" about. "I have to admit, at first I was quite concerned, he fits the profile of somebody, at the age he is at, which is fairly risky," he said (via ). "My father has had many chest infections, colds, and things like that over the years.
And so, I thought to myself, if anybody is going to be able to beat this, it's going to be him." William reiterated that Charles had "very mild symptoms" and that "the hardest thing he found was having to stop.
