Both will however play out the resumption of the Champions League in August - PSG are into the last eight having already defeated Borussia Dortmund in their last 16 tie - before departing.

Cavani, who joined PSG from Napoli in 2013, is the club's all-time top scorer with 200 goals in all competitions and has made over 300 appearances.

Everton 'alert' to Thiago Silva transfer as he gets set for PSG exit

Everton have reportedly been alerted to the availability of Thiago Silva with the defender’s contract ending at PSG this summer.Silva is 35 and reports suggest that he has been told that his contract in the French capital will not be renewed this summer.The Brazilian has been with the Ligue 1 giants since 2012 and helped them to seven titles as well as four Coupe de France crowns.He had previously spent time at AC Milan and French outlet L’Equipe claim the Serie A side may also be interested.It’s reported that Silva was not prepared to take a pay cut in order to stay at Parc des Princes with Everton now alerted.Though Silva’s wife Isabelle recently spoke about how much her husband has enjoyed his time in France."Thiago is very attached to
