Quebec care homes set to begin COVID-19 vaccinations early this week

The first shipments of the COVID-19 vaccine are slated to arrive in Canada on Sunday evening. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, Quebec plans to begin vaccinating residents of two long-term care centres, Maimonides in Montreal and Saint-Antoine in Quebec City, possibly as early as Monday.
