Quebec health minister hopes to be able to begin vaccinating 11-year-old children

Ontario has started doing it, and now Quebec wants to as well. The health ministry is hoping to have an answer soon on whether or not COVID-19 vaccination can be offered to children who are about to turn 12 years old.
