Brian May looks relaxed and happy in his first picture after his near-fatal heart attack. The Queen legend, 72, today revealed that he was "very near death" after suffering a heart attack.

Guitarist Brian found out that three of the arteries to his heart were blocked after suffering pain from a gardening accident.
