Alfredo Morelos will rejoin the Rangers squad for Wednesday's trip to St Johnstone. The striker has completed a two-game ban he received for his forearm smash on Mark Connolly in the 2-1 win over Dundee United earlier in the month. It remains to be seen whether the Colombian will come straight back into the team given the form of Kemar Roofe and Cedric Itten in his absence.

Both were on target in Rangers ' 3-1 win over Motherwell on Saturday. Midfielder Ryan Jack will again be absent at McDiarmid Park but Steven Gerrard hopes to welcome the Scotland international back for the Boxing Day visit of Hibernian to Ibrox.
