Rita Wilson and her husband Tom Hanks had COVID-19 right at the beginning of when the pandemic hit the United States.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Rita revealed that she still has the antibodies that some people receive after recovering from Coronavirus. “I feel like you’re the only person I don’t have to worry about because you must be brimming with antibodies right now,” Jimmy said to her. “I still have antibodies!” Rita responded, adding that she is tested every few months as part of a program with UCLA. “They test us and so far we still have them,” she said, implying others in the study also have them. “They diminish as you get farther away from your infection, but they’re still there helping us out.”
