Saturday Night Takeaway came under fire last weekend for continuing to air with a live studio audience as global governments ask people to practice social distancing.

While the health crisis worsens in the UK, Ant and Dec confirmed there will be no more live shows as they concluded their March 21 episode.

At the end of the episode, Dec confirmed that next week’s finale would be pre-recorded. ‘Join us next week, when we won’t be live but we will be back on your screens with the conclusion of Men In Brown for our grand finale,’ he explained.
