Scarlett Moffatt ‘deliberately put on weight’ following notorious fitness DVD to ‘rebel’ against industry

Scarlett Moffatt has opened up on her notorious fitness DVD, revealing she ‘deliberately’ put on weight in order to try and ‘rebel’ against the industry.

The star – who turns 30 this year – released the SuperSlim Me work out plan in 2016, going from a size 18 to 8 in the process.

However the video was thrown into controversy amid accusations Scarlett had attended a weight loss boot camp and dramatically cut her daily calorie intake down to 700.

Hitting back at claims she was ‘rambling up mountains’ for six months to lose weight and insisting she did in fact shed pounds by doing the exercises she was touting, the fallout seemingly had Scarlett wanting to take the power back into her own hands.
