Scarlett Moffatt has claimed she deliberately put on weight after the release of her controversial fitness DVD. The telly star, 29, slimmed down to front her own SuperSlim Me work out plan 2016 which suggested she'd gone from a size 18 to a size eight using the exercise routines.
However, Scarlett was later accused of achieving the weight loss by going to a boot camp and reducing her food intake to just 700 calories a day.
The former Gogglebox star has now opened up about the fitness DVD scandal and admitted she did cut down her food. She branded the project the "worst thing" she has ever done and admitted she deliberatley piled on the pounds afterwards to put people off buying the best-selling DVD.
