A man has died from liver cancer just weeks after complaining of a pain in his stomach. Paul Wylie, 57, went to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley where he underwent scans and tests after falling ill last October.

Paul died at his home in Barrhead, near Glasgow, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 6. His heartbroken widow Josie has now opened up on the ordeal following a difficult Christmas and New Year without her husband.
