BRANDON, Fla. - A Hillsborough County deputy was killed in a crash involving a suspect Monday evening in the Brandon area.According to Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, a man named Travis Zachary Gabriel Garrett, 28, was outside, unclothed, and throwing things, including cookies.

Neighbors called 911.A deputy tried to talk to Garrett, who started hitting the deputy, the sheriff said. Another deputy tried to deploy his Taser twice, but it was ineffective.
