Star Wars actor Andrew Jack dies from COVID-19

After falling ill only two days ago, Star Wars star Andrew Jack has died. The actor and dialect coach contracted COVID-19 and is said to have died peacefully in a London hospital.

Due to the current quarantine conditions, his wife Gabrielle Rogers wasn’t able to say goodbye to her husband in person. She remained in Australia while her husband began working on Matt Reeves’ The Batman as Robert Pattinson’s dialect coach.

Andrew appeared in Star Wars The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi as a rebellion officer and had gotten his big break as a coach working with Julian Glover on Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade.
