SUSANNA Reid admitted everything is "more raw and emotional" after the coronavirus lockdown. The Good Morning Britain presenter, 49, says she found it more difficult to judge the Pride of Britain Awards because of the state of the world.
But Susanna also said the awards - which congratulate people who have acted bravely in difficult situations - could help "put a smile on our faces". "Yeah [it's the toughest year on the Pride of Britain panel because] I think we're in a funny place, a weird sensitive place because of lockdown and the pandemic. "Everything feels that little bit more raw and emotional," she told Mirror Online. "There's so much we've all experienced but we want to celebrate those people who have done incredible things.
