Eurovision 2021 dates announced as show prepares to kick off next May
Eurovision Song Contest will officially kick off on May 18 next year, with the second semi-final taking place May 20 and the final being held on May 22.The show’s official Twitter account unveiled the news on Monday alongside a promotional video with the new dates.As for the venue?Well, it was revealed last month that Eurovision will return to the Ahoy arena in Rotterdam once again next year. The contest was supposed to take place on May 16 in Rotterdam this year – but it was confirmed in March that the show wouldn’t be going ahead because of the pandemic.
