Thousands of front-line workers to receive Alberta critical worker benefit

Minister of Labour and Immigration Jason Copping shares details about who will receive the one-time $1,200 critical worker benefit, saying it will go to lower income workers in health-care, education, transportation, social services, warehouses, and retail like grocery stores and gas stations.

Eligible employees will not need to apply themselves, as their employers will apply for the benefit on behalf of their workforce.
