James Lock revealed his 'new face' after undergoing extensive surgery in Turkey and shared his shocking before and after pictures after he sustained serious facial injuries.

The TOWIE icon, 37, underwent surgery to fix his nose and eyes after he was involved in a brutal accident on a TV show last year.

The reality star was left looking completely unrecognisable after suffering severe face injuries while filming the first season of the UK's The Challenge alongside the likes of Curtis Pritchard, Kaz Crossley and Callum Izzard.

Now James has detailed his recovery and debuted his 'new face' with his loyal 1.1 million Instagram followers. Posting an in-depth update of his surgery and recovery journey online along with a selection of gruelling photos, James revealed what he'd been through so far.
