Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will "exploit every situation" to refrain from commenting on the recent health issues of two senior members of the Royal Family, according to an insider.Kensington Palace announced that Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery last week and that King Charles is currently preparing himself for corrective surgery on an enlarged prostate.However, since then, there has been complete silence from the Sussexes who have not issued a statement about the health of either of the royals.Instead, they have been spotted at the film premiere of Bob Marley: One Love in Jamaica where they were seen getting cosy with Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness and his wife Juliet who have made it known that they plan for their country to cut ties with the British monarchy.Shortly after this, the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, revealed she had been diagnosed with malignant melanoma which is a form of skin cancer, the Express reports.Royal commentator Lady Colin Campbell slammed the Sussexes for not publicly acknowledging the health conditions of their Royal Family members, saying the situation "stinks to high heaven".

She told GB News: "All they needed to do was make some public declaration. But they are not going to, they can exploit every situation as long as they don’t make a public declaration.
