Jonnie Irwin has shared that he's had a number of sleepless nights as he prepares to undergo more tests amid his terminal cancer battle.The former A Place in the Sun presenter, 50, shared a snap of himself in a hospital gown as he visited Newcastle's Freeman Hospital for a full MRI scan.
Captioning the photo, he gave his Instagram followers a health update, writing: "This is look of a man who’s not slept for 6 nights and awaiting a full body MRI scan of at least an hour. "If you haven’t had one they’re claustrophobic and omit loud random noises.

One wrote: "Had one yesterday, it’s not great as the noises are loud despite having ear phones. I made notes in my head of all the things I needed to do and the hour passed- good luck x" "They’re not nice - I can cope now if I have a mirror placed so I can see the outside world.That stops the claustrophobic" added another.
