Holidaymakers visiting Turkey or Portugal this summer can get travel insurance designed to cover any coronavirus related costs.
Both countries have offered the new policies in a bid to make tourists feel safe while they are visiting. In Turkey, the insurance, which covers healthcare costs, can be purchased from €15 upwards from airports or online here.
And holidaymakers staying at accommodation with 50 rooms or more will be able to get tested for coronavirus upon request. More than 2,000 testing centres have been set up across the country, including Antalya, Izmir, Dalaman and Bodrum.
Anyone who tests positive will be able to isolate in dedicated rooms throughout their stay. Are you on holiday at the moment or due to fly out?
