FOX 29's Sue Serio has your Thursday morning forecast. PHILADELPHIA - Another round of severe weather is forecasted to bring drenching downpours and isolated thunderstorms across the region on Thursday.
Expect the weather threat to begin around 4 p.m. and last through 10 p.m. Morning conditions will start off warm and sunny. Temperatures will reach nearly 80 degrees by 9 a.m.
and reach a peak of 90 by late afternoon. The warm conditions help usher in more rain and storms with heavy downpours expected.
