The worrying coronavirus outbreak in meat processing plants has now hit a third factory with close working conditions and cold temperatures said to be at the root of the problem.
The Kepak plant in Merthyr Tydfil has reportedly had eight cases of Covid-19 this month already. Scientists believe the cold air inside the food processing factories could make those inside more susceptible.
The close working conditions and ventilation problems 'increase the risk of infection'. This new blow comes after Anglesey and Wrexham food plants also reported a high level of positive tests.
