stroke. Loren Dixon was working out in her garden during the coronavirus lockdown on May 18 when she felt a sudden pain in her neck.
She went to the kitchen to sit down and continued laughing and joking with her mum before collapsing to the ground.Loren, from Chadwell in Essex, was then rushed to hospital where she underwent life-saving surgery.It was discovered that the stroke had been brought on by a clot in the basilar artery of her brain.
Our sister title Essex Live reports that Loren is now home and recovering from the ordeal and has described what it is like to call herself a stroke survivor at the young age of 25.
