Covid jab can sign up for their first dose from today. The Scottish Government opened up its online self-registration service from 8am on Monday morning.
Previously it was used to encourage unpaid carers and 18-29-year-olds to come forward for their jab. But now the service will be available to all adults aged 18 and will close in September, when the initial vaccination programme comes to a conclusion.People who sign up through the online portal will receive a text message or an email that will give them details on their appointment.Scots will be able to change the time or location if they are unsuitable.
