Liverpool's back-up goalkeeper Andy Lonergan has named the four players who "never stop" and are always the first in the gym at Melwood before training.
The understudy stopper has had a remarkable change of scenery since signing for Liverpool on a season-long deal back in August.
Normally more used to the slightly less glamorous life in football league changing rooms, the 36-year-old journeyman was handed an opportunity of a lifetime to step in as Liverpool's third or fourth choice 'keeper.
And whilst his time at Anfield looks certain to come to an end without him making a single appearance, there is still plenty the Preston-born professional has learnt in his short spell with the club, particularly on how stars at the top level prepare.
