Perth. Plans are in the pipeline for an individual work of art to be commissioned to represent each life lost to COVID-19 in Perth and Kinross.
These works could then be brought together to create a tribute in the city.The idea is being pushed forward by Anna Day, the council’s service manager for public programmes (culture).
