Officials are set to provide an update on the number of coronavirus cases in B.C. in the past 48 hours. On Saturday, health officials declared one of the province’s earliest and worst outbreaks of COVID-19 at a long-term care home over, as they announced 11 new cases of the illness.
Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said the outbreak at Haro Park Centre in Vancouver had officially been cleared, as had another outbreak at the Evergreen House in North Vancouver.
